Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures) on August 6, 2018, the Defendant was demanded to comply with a drinking test by inserting the drinking meters into a drinking measuring instrument three-minutes between 15 minutes and 15 minutes, and the Defendant did not comply with a police officer’s demand for a drinking test without justifiable grounds, even though it was demanded to comply with a drinking test by inserting the drinking meters into a drinking measuring instrument three-minutes on August 6, 2018.

2. On August 6, 2018, at around 00:51, the Defendant refused to take a drinking level as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) took the public smartphone cited by the above slope G, which had taken the status of refusal to take a drinking level on the side by Party’s own hand, and laid off the wheel G’s hand; and (b) taken the wheelphone, which was taken by the above slope G, the Defendant her seated on the floor of the said slope G; and (c) left the her public smartphone.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on drinking control.
