Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On July 3, 2019, the Defendant, at around 00:30, proceeded with Samcheon-ro, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Samcheon-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon with the view to the outflow of the underground street.

Since there was a distance crossing where signal lights are installed, the defendant engaged in driving service had a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as accurately operating and stopping the brake system according to the new code, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the port from the right side of the victim C(27 years old) driving on the basis of the direction of the Defendant’s course by the negligence of entering and going to the intersection of the red signal, and received the fenced part of the victim C(27 years old) driving on the left side of the above taxi.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the above victims C, such as sugars without any wound in the two opens requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victims E (n.e., female, 19 years of age) (n.e., having no wound in two opens requiring medical treatment for about two weeks; injury to the victim FF (n.e., female, 26 years of age) who was on board the said cab, requiring approximately three weeks of medical treatment; injury to the victim G (n.e., female, 58 years of age) who was on board the said cab, requiring approximately four weeks of medical treatment.
