The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. A summary of the facts charged shall not keep petroleum products for the purpose of selling that do not meet the quality standards;

The Defendant, on August 14, 2012, as a petroleum retailer operating the “D gas station” (hereinafter “instant gas station”) located in Samsung-si, and around August 14, 2012, the Defendant stored the instant gas station for the purpose of selling 8,000-liters for light oil, the “water and sediment” of which is 01.0%, and which does not meet the quality standards below 0.02% (pump criteria).

2. Determination

A. The gist of the Defendant’s assertion is that the Defendant did not know that part of the transit oil stored in the instant gas station did not meet the quality standards, as stated in the facts charged, for the purpose of selling 8,000 liters via a consistent manner from the investigative agency to this court, and did not know that it did not meet the quality standards. The Defendant denied the facts charged.

B. According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the prosecutor's submission of the determination, the Institute's employees belonging to the Daegubuk Headquarters may find out the six sample samples from among the samples taken at the gas station of this case on August 14, 2012, that "water and sediment" did not meet the quality standards of 0.02% or less (definite standard) with the quality standards of 01.0%. However, eight sample samples collected from the gas station of this case on August 14, 2012 were collected from the Institute (4 to 6). Among them, the sample samples No. 4 to 6 were three main truck samples (the pertinent main alcohol number were FH07-5250, FH07-524, FH07-5254, FH07-5254), and the remainder of sample samples collected from each of the above-mentioned water tanks with the quality standards of 60-10-10-10-5254, respectively.
