A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not import, trade, give or receive, administer, or possess a psychotropic drug camblopon (hereinafter referred to as "camlopon").

1. At around 12:00 on September 19, 2012, the Defendant, within a white K5 car owned by the Defendant, who was parked on the road in the direction of the Defendant located in the Gu-Si, Maro-ro, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.2g of philophonephone, which was in possession of the Defendant’s hand room, into two for a single-time injection period; (b) added 0.1g of crophones into two for a single injection period; and (c) injected them into each part of his arms with C, and administered them.

2. The Defendant, at around 18:00 on September 21, 2012, administered approximately 0.2g of the instant car parked in the same place as the foregoing paragraph 1, together with C, approximately 0.2g of the penphones previously possessed.

3. At around 05:00 on September 22, 2012, the Government injected approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones into a disposable injection machine, dilution with raw water, and then injected them into the arms blood cells.

4. On September 2012, 2012, the Defendant decided to purchase phiphones from the French male residing in China (hereinafter “philophone distributors”) and import them into Korea, which came to know by searching the philophone sales advertising site from the Staff Internet.

around 15:00 on September 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 1.6 million from the F Bank located in the front of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to “G” by designating a depositr to the account of an unclaimed large-scale passbook known by the Handphone distributor through the above C; (b) had the phiphone distributor opened the bottom of the 3rd left gate, opened the bottom of the opphone, and stored approximately 28.95 g of the opon into six plastic paper in a plastic paper and sealed it on September 25, 2012; and (c) started from the Chinese central provision port around 03:35 on September 25, 2012, at around the same day, at around 08:25, the air bill of U.S. (PS) 196, which is an exclusive international cargo delivery vehicle (U5X).
