Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on January 15, 201, and was sentenced to a fine of four million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) at the Incheon District Court on January 2, 2014.

Nevertheless, on June 25, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.114% from a section of approximately 3km to the front road of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu funeral, where it is impossible to find out whether the times located in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City without obtaining a driver's license of a motor vehicle on June 25, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.114%.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking under the influence of alcohol not less than twice without a driver's license, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
