Criminal facts

After intentionally causing a traffic accident with D, the Defendants received the occurrence of a traffic accident as if the traffic accident occurred rapidly due to negligence, and the Defendants conspired to receive insurance proceeds from the damaged insurance company and divide them into two parts.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and B;

A.
