A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for larceny at the Daejeon District Court on July 6, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 14th of the same month. On June 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for occupational embezzlement and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 14, 2014 by the same court on June 25, 2013, and completed the execution of the final sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 1
1. Larceny;
A. On September 13, 2014, at least 14:00, the Defendant: (a) went into the dwelling of the Republic of Korea and went into the dwelling of the Republic of Korea; and (b) went into the dwelling of the Republic of Korea; (c) went into the dwelling of the Republic of Korea; and (d) went into the dwelling of the Republic of Korea; and (d) went into the dwelling of the Republic of Korea; (d) one of the portable gas bags owned by the victim; (e) one of the portable gas bags owned by the victim; and (e) 59,500 won in cash.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On the 16th day of the same month, at around 20:58, the Defendant ordered alcohol and alcohol at the main point of “I,” located in Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, and followed F’s credit card under the name of “I,” as mentioned in the above 2, as if the Defendant had legitimate right to use the stolen credit card as stated in the above 2, and presented it to the JJ in the location of that place of business, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 1,240,000, and used the stolen credit card.
