A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 31, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of road traffic law from the Suwon Flag Flag Flag, and on August 31, 2015, a summary order of KRW 2,00,000 as a fine for the same crime was issued from the Suwon Flag Flag Support.

[2] The Defendant: (a) was a person who violated the foregoing provision on the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving on at least two occasions; (b) was driving a Grand Car in the Bland under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.067% in the influence of alcohol leveling from around the restaurant located in the 152-ro of the Suyang-si, Pyeong-si around the 152-ro, both inside the 152-ro, to the front day of the 64-dong Croporo in the same Gucrorogate; and (c) was under the influence of alcohol leveling at least 0.067% in blood.
