1. The plaintiff's petition for retrial is dismissed.

2. The costs of retrial shall be borne by the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The following facts are either a dispute between the Parties or a record:

A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) completed the provisional registration of each claim for transfer of ownership (hereinafter referred to as “provisional registration of the Plaintiff”) against the Plaintiff on January 10, 201 on the ground of a pre-sale agreement on January 10, 201 with respect to five commercial stores, including the real estate listed in the separate list of real estate held by the Plaintiff, on the ground that the Defendant acquired each claim for transfer of ownership on the provisional registration of the Plaintiff from the Plaintiff, on the ground that he/she acquired each claim for transfer of ownership from the Plaintiff, the Changwon District Court, the Sungwon District Court, the Gowon District Court, the Sungwon District Court, the registration office, the registration office, and the registration office, etc. of transfer of ownership transfer under the separate list No. 2629 on February 18, 201, with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate list No. 12604 on August 2, 2012.
