Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, connected the Internet transaction site C using a mobile phone device and posted the “galthro S8 mobile phones” on the bulletin board of the victim D sent money to the victim by accessing the victim.

However, even if the defendant did not have a mobile phone device to sell money to the victim and received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

Around March 3, 2019, the Defendant received 150,000 won from the victim to the Kaka Bank Account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On March 3, 2019, the Defendant sent money to the victim E by accessing the Internet trading site C using a mobile phone device at the above Defendant’s house, and on the bulletin board, sent money to the victim by contact with the victim.

However, even if the defendant did not have a cleaning device for the victim and received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone to the victim.

Around March 3, 2019, the Defendant received 400,000 won from the victim to the Kaka Bank Account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
