1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 17, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendant drinked the victim D(s) on the street in front of the building C located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan, to force force the victim to commit indecent act, and the Defendant used the victim’s right bucks inside and outside the buckbucks, with the hand floor, and continuously used the part of the victim’s right bucks below. The Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim’s knick.

2. On May 17, 2013, at around 04:25, the Defendant, in front of the E-cafeteria located in Busan Northern-gu B, brought the victim F (n, 16 years of age) to drink and passed following the Defendant’s attempt to force the victim to commit an indecent act by force, as the victim’s right tur, with his hand tur, turbbs flick at the victim’s right right tur.
