Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On October 6, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle about 1km from around October 16, 2016 to around the street, as in front of the Hyundai Apartment in the direction of the former citizens, during the period of suspension of a driver’s license (from October 3, 2016 to November 11, 2016) of around 16:30.
