A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a victim H's South-North her birth.

around May 2012, the Defendant was delegated by the victim with the authority to sell four lots of land, such as Ansan-si L, the victim's own at the end of May 201, and the same year.
6. Around 15, an agreement was made with the victim to preferentially pay 50% of the purchase price of the above land to the victim.
