[2] On September 21, 2017, the defendant appealed a fine of 25 million won for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Conduct, etc.) at the Manpo branch of the Gwangju District Court on September 21, 2017, and is still pending in the appellate trial.

【Criminal Facts】

On March 5, 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on two occasions against D (the age of 16), a child or juvenile, committed an indecent act by force, and thus, was under criminal trial (2017 Mahap13) at the Manpo Branch of the Gwangju District Court, the Defendant was willing to avoid criminal punishment by denying the fact of indecent act by force itself, leading the victim of the instant case to make a false testimony that there was no injury to D.

On May 19, 2017, the Defendant appears to have written indictment around May 19, 2016, in light of the date of preparation of written confirmation, etc.
