A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, was under the influence of a motor vehicle at around 22:10: (a) while driving a beer or motor vehicle with alcohol level of 0.176%, and making a left-hand turn from the ebbbbbbbbs to the ebspherbs of a ebspon middle school at night at the time when the ebspherbspherb is opened from the ebspherbspherbspherbspherbspher, and in such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle is at night and at the time when the ebspherbspherbspherbspherbsphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersphersp.

The Defendant received, by negligence, the above C, E (year 21) and the victim F (year 18, age 18) from each of the above occupational negligence, the Defendant suffered c, tensions, and tensions, respectively, for about two weeks of treatment.
