B. On December 7, 2016, the Plaintiff may demand that the auditor B and C file a lawsuit against the company, which holds shares equivalent to at least 1/100 of the total number of issued and outstanding shares, to bring the lawsuit against the company. (2) The request under paragraph (1) shall be made in writing stating the reasons therefor. Articles 415 (Provisions 382(2), 382-4, 385, 386, 40, 401, and 403 through 407 of the Commercial Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the auditor B and C.

On the basis of this, the Defendants sent a certificate of content seeking to enforce the Defendants’ responsibilities, which is around that time to B and C.
