Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On February 5, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months by imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and two years by imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Daejeon District Court on October 20, 2015.
[2] On May 18, 2018, the Defendant driven Franco truck with alcohol content of about 0.103% at a section of about 600 meters from the front of the D cafeteria located in Daejeon Seodong-gu Daejeon to the front road in the same Dong, Inc.
