A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 9, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking three occasions the victim’s vegetable surgery on the ground that the victim C (the 66-year-old age) who is a taxi engineer (the 66-year-old age) was able to keep the Defendant from paying a taxi fee in front of the Southern-gu B apartment at the port of Korea.

2. The Defendant, at the time, at the place, and at the time, at C’s 112 report, insultd the victim by openly insulting the victim by stating that “A victim E, a police officer affiliated with the Portnam Police Station D police box, sent out after having received C’s 112 report, sent a taxi fee to the Defendant and returned home to the Defendant, is not a bit of a bitch bitch. Maz. Mazar, the police officer,” and openly insulting the victim.

3. Obstruction of Performance of Official Duties and the Defendant: (a) was arrested by the victim on the ground that the police officer, who received 112 report at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), insulting the victim E, who was a police officer, and received 112 report, was insulting; and (b) was arrested by the victim on the back of patrol.

The defendant expressed the victim's desire to be "Choe gue" to sit in the side of the defendant, and received the victim's left luminous bones from his head, and got approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases, and at the same time injured the victim.
