1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable:

A. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 144,100,000 and its KRW 120,000 among them, Defendant C shall have the effect on Defendant C.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff lent KRW 120 million to Defendant C, around December 13, 2017, KRW 50 million, KRW 40 million around January 24, 2018, and KRW 30 million around April 30, 2018, and Plaintiff B lent KRW 120 million around January 24, 2018.

B. Defendant C paid the amount of KRW 140 million up to April 10, 2019, plus interest of KRW 24.1 million between the Plaintiffs on March 28, 2019, and KRW 60 million out of KRW 24.1 million on loans to Plaintiff A, up to KRW 140 million until April 10, 2019, KRW 60 million until April 30, 2019, KRW 24.1 million up to May 20, 2019; KRW 20 million on loans to Plaintiff B, KRW 20 million, plus KRW 20 million on loans to the Plaintiff, KRW 20 million until April 10, 2019, Defendant C agreed to pay the above amount of KRW 20 million up to May 20, 201 to Defendant C’s joint and several liability (hereinafter “Defendant C’s joint and several liability”).

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, barring any special circumstance, the Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff: ① KRW 14,100,000 and KRW 120,000,000,000 among them (= KRW 60,000,000) after the date of payment, as requested by the Plaintiff A, shall be served on the day following the date of delivery of the complaint in this case, as requested by the Plaintiff, in the case of Defendant C, from May 1, 2019; and from May 3, 2019, in the case of the Defendant Company, from May 21, 2019, the following day after the date of payment to the extent of their obligations; ② KRW 200,000,000,000,000 from May 21, 2019 to the date of payment, and KRW 50,000,00,000,00,00.
