A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who worked as a manager of the restaurant of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul and the victim D (V, 26 years old) was a guest of the above restaurant.
