1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 15% per annum from August 10, 2018 to November 16, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

1. On August 10, 2018, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent the amount of KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant at 15% per annum ( KRW 625,00 per month) and the due date on May 30, 2019.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from August 10, 2018 to November 16, 2019, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint from August 10, 2018, and the interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as requested by the Plaintiff from the next day to the day of full payment.
