Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 11, 2015 by imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Commercial Act, etc. at the Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 24, 2016.
[Criminal facts] The Defendants are each users as the respective representative directors of E (State) in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si.
