A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the Defendant sent to the victim a letter that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media with a view to inducing or satisfying his or another person's sexual desire.
