Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall report to the head of the relevant forest with respect to mountainous districts in national forests, and to the head of the relevant Si/Gun/Gu with respect to mountainous districts in forests other than national forests.
