Criminal facts

Around 06:50 on April 14, 2020, the Defendant was suspected of cutting the victim’s bicycle locks from the victim C (C, South and 26 years of age) in front of B on the street. On the other hand, the Defendant displayed each item (60cm in length) of the material of trees, which is a dangerous object in loading the Defendant’s cargo vehicles, at one time the left head of the victim’s left head.
