A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment for fraud in the support of Suwon Fagwon, and on March 22, 2017, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Gagsung Vocational Training Institution. On May 31, 2017, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment for fraud, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 25, 2018.

1. On December 26, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by “E” operated by the victim D (63 tax) located in Gwangju-si around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by forcing the victim to take away a disturbance over about 50 minutes, including, but not limited to, under the influence of alcohol, putting him/her on the floor, lying him/her, and getting him/her to take out of the room; and (b) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

The Defendant, at the same time and time as Paragraph 1, appears to have the same attitude of paying the price to the above victim, even though there is no intent or ability to pay the price of alcoholic beverages, and the Defendant ordered the alcoholic beverage and the alcoholic beverage, which was obtained from the injured party the total amount of KRW 19,50,00, such as sugar, 1 C, etc. from the injured party, and acquired it by deception.

On January 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 23:10 on January 2, 2018, 2018, “H” restaurant operated by the Victim G (hereinafter “V”) in F at Sinsi-si; (b) in fact, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay alcoholic beverages, the Defendant took the same attitude to pay the amount to be paid to the said victim; (c) ordered an alcoholic beverage and the inside of the State; and (d) obtained the order from the damaged person, with the sum of KRW 32,50,00, the market price of the alcoholic beverage, such as 1 C/L, 1 C/L, and 1 C/C.

On January 2, 2018, at around 12:55, the Defendant: (a) is a restaurant operated by the Victim J (WW (WW, L, 38 years old) of the 1110th floor in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the food value, the Defendant appears to have the same attitude to pay the food value to the above victim; and (c) orders food.
