Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Jeonju District Court’s military mountain support on February 6, 2013, and completed the execution of the said punishment in the Jeonju Prison on July 20, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

Around 16:00 on April 5, 2015, the Defendant, at the convenience store operated by the victim D in Gunsan-si, Si, Gunsan-si, by taking advantage of the gaps in which other employees had taken the hand-on to work as an employee, was stolen by having approximately KRW 1.1 million in cash owned by the victim, which was located in the Gunsan-si Treasury.

On February 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Jeonju District Court’s military mountain support on February 6, 2013, and on July 20, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Jeonju Prison on July 20, 2013.

At around 18:20 on June 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one Soviet mobile phone located in S6 when a gallon whose market price owned by the victim was equivalent to one million won in the calculation unit by the victim G (21 years of age) from the F PP bank located in Si of Gun, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.

1. At around 16:20 on May 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s I’s convenience store in the operation of the Si of Gunsan-si; and (b) while employed as an employee, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cre in cash, 862,50 won, and 200,000 won, which are the victim’s ownership, while serving as an employee.

2. On May 9, 2015, around 16:56, the Defendant stolen the amount of KRW 524,130, and KRW 235,00,00, which is one of the victims’ possession, of cash, in which the victim was employed and worked as an employee, from the Morse point of the victim’s L operation located in Si of Gunsan-si, Gunsan-si.
