A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A seized kitchen shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On July 8, 2018, the Defendant, at the end of the C’s Office, was residing in the area D, and 201 of the C’s Office, and was forced to leave prior to the expiration date of the contract. In the process of return and settlement of deposit, contact with C was not contacted with C, and thus, on August 8, 2018, at around 07:10 on August 8, 2018, the Defendant sought to return the deposit that was not received by the Defendant to the victim E (43 tax) who was the seat of the above building 301 C, and requested to return the deposit that was not received by the Defendant to the victim E, but was rejected.

1. 특수 주거 침입, 특수 상해 피고인은 2018. 8. 8. 07:15 경 위 피해자 E의 주거지에 이르러, 위험한 물건인 부엌칼( 총 길이 33cm , 날 길이 20cm ) 을 신문지에 싸 들고 현관문을 손으로 쾅쾅 내리치고, 이에 피해자 E의 아들인 피해자 F(19 세) 가 현관문을 열자 현관문을 잡아당기며 집안으로 들어가려고 하였으나 피해자 F가 이를 제지하며 주먹으로 피고인의 얼굴 부위를 때리자 미리 소지하고 있던 위 부엌칼로 피해자 F의 얼굴 부위를 찌르고, 피해자 F가 얼굴에서 피를 흘리며 뒤로 물러서자 집안으로 들어갔다.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things and carried them about two weeks to the victim F, had an open room (2 cm in length, 2.5 cm in depth) around the snow area, and invaded upon the victim E’s residence.
