Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to carry on construction business shall register the land with the Minister of Construction and Transportation according to the type of business prescribed by Presidential Decree. However, the Defendant contracted construction business from August 26, 2015 to September 10, 2015 without registering construction business.
