Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-standing vehicle.

On November 17, 2013, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 200 meters from the vicinity of the Suwon-si Bridge located in Suwon-si to the upper end of 689-2 of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.080% of blood alcohol content.
