around January 14, 2017, Defendants conspired to intrude into victim Q Q and R’s management (former) department stores (T department stores) in Seoul Special Metropolitan City P and 15 lots, and committed the following crimes.

1. On January 14, 2017, the Defendants who jointly damaged property and jointly intruded on a house at the above location: (a) in accordance with the above public offering, Defendant A destroyed the entrance door that was hacks by using four cut machines and rejections, etc. with Defendant I’s instructions from Defendant I; and (b) entered the said department store. In addition, Defendant K rejected the direction of CCTV at around 04:52 on the same day, thereby making it impossible for Defendant K to use it for its original purpose.

Accordingly, the defendants jointly damaged the victim's property and infringed on the structure.

2. The Defendants, who interfered with joint assault and business, moved the victim Q Q into the outside of the department store entrance by means of cutting down the bridge of the victim Q Q at the same time and place as above, and pushed off the victim R’s body.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted victims and interfered with the victims' building management work.
