Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, B, and C’s joint criminal conduct: (a) from the end of October 2015 to May 30, 2016, Defendant A: (b) leased 1224, 1527, 1623, 1727, and 1924 of Gtel Gtel in Gangnam-gu Seoul to separate from “H” and “I”; (c) managed the proceeds of the said establishment in the Defendant’s mother J account; (d) entrusted C and B with the operation of the said establishment from February 1, 2016 to April 1, 2016; and (e) from April 1, 2016 to May 30, 2016 to May 30, 2016, Defendant A and B jointly operated the said establishment with “I” from May 30, 2016 to “H” and “I” from May 30, 2016 to “H”.

The Defendants conspired to advertise the above business place on the Internet website, such as K, L, and M, and employed female employees, including D (34 years of age), N (n, 33 years of age), from May 30, 2016 to 17:25 days from May 30, 2016, and received 120,000 won in return for engaging in commercial sex acts from the customer’sO who found the place in the above officetel from May 30, 201 to 17:27, and provided guidance to D and N, who received 120,00 won in return for commercial sex acts from other customers, and provided guidance to 1623 with the above N, waiting for commercial sex acts from around October 16, 201 to around May 16, 201, Defendant A engaged in commercial sex acts from around October 30, 2015 to around May 36, 2016.

2. Defendant D

A. On April 11, 2016, from around 17:30 to 18:37 the same day, the Defendant received KRW 1.40,00 in return for sexual traffic from Qtel 1727 in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and engaged in sexual traffic by engaging in the act of similaritying Q Q’s sexual organ in his/her hand and stiffing it.

B. The Defendant, from May 30, 201 to May 16:40, 201, in return for commercial sex acts from O under subparagraph 1527 of the instant officetel from around 15:40 to 16:59 of the same day.
