Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of a car in the Stity area.

On September 26, 2014, at around 23:45, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 10km from the Newdong-dong of Gwangju to the front street of the Songwon-dong, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, in a state of alcohol of 0.150% of alcohol concentration.
