The instant lawsuit is dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
The court ordered the Plaintiff to offer the security of the costs of lawsuit pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act on March 10, 2020, but the Plaintiff did not offer the security within the period prescribed by the above order from the date of confirmation of the above order to offer the security.
