1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

The Defendant’s KRW 2,125,628,210 for the Plaintiff and February 2, 2017 for the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for the provision of lectures between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on January 3, 2014, with the main content of “a contract for the provision of lecture publication” between the Defendant, a Korean professional instructor, with the Defendant, on January 3, 2014, with the term “a contract for the provision of lecture publication” (hereinafter referred to as the “contract for the provision of lecture publication”) with the term “a contract for the provision of lecture publication to the Korean History Co., Ltd. (a separate company whose representative director D is the Plaintiff’s director) from January 3, 2014 to January 2, 2018.

2) Of the instant contract, the content relating to the instant case is as follows.

Article 3 (Contract Period) (1) The term of this contract shall be four years from the date of 201 to the date of 201.

Although the contract term under the instant contract is a disturbance as above, there is no dispute between the parties that the contract term was agreed from January 3, 2014 to January 2, 2018.
