A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated the “H” on the first floor of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu G shopping mall, and there was a conflict between the Defendant and the shopping mall conference, etc. by stockpiling marina goods in G shopping corridor.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant, at around 11:00, obstructed the victim’s public room operation by force for about 10 minutes, i.e., the victim I expressed the victim’s desire at the “J” operated by the victim I on the first floor of G commercial building.
