Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-standing vehicle.

On October 15, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 30 meters from the front side of the Central Library located in Daegu Jung-dong to the front side of the Jinho-gu Central Library located in the same area, under the influence of alcohol content 0.141%.
