On August 13, 2017, around 01:25, the Defendant started the 2091 Hacheon-si, Hacheon-si adjacent road, and driven BK9 car while under the influence of alcohol leveling to about 0.096% of alcohol leveling from approximately 100 meters to the 2nd 3rd eth eth eth eth eth f.g., 2003 at the same time.
