Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car called ‘C'.

On May 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 06:42, and proceeded with the two parallel directions from the tolerance distance in the city of Gwangju to the two parallel distance.

The place is the center line of yellow solid lines.

In such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to ensure that the driver of the motor vehicle can properly look at the front side and safely drive the motor vehicle in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went beyond the center line to overtake the unclaimed cargo vehicle prior to the same direction, and the victim E (41 ) who is proceeding on the opposite side, conflicted the front part of the driver's seat in front of the vehicle under way with the driver's seat in front of the vehicle under way.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from occupational negligence the injury of the victim at the bottom of the aggregate which requires seven weeks medical treatment.
