A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 21:15 on April 27, 2020, the Defendant ordered food at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K and the first floor distribution store, and even if he did not have the ability to pay food value, the Defendant is equivalent to 18,000 won at the market price to the victim M, notwithstanding the fact that he did not have the ability to pay food value.
