Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 06:00 on December 26, 2016, the Defendant was hospitalized in D Hospital C, 315, which was located in D Hospital C, located in Northern-gun, Northern-gun, North Korea, and had a part of the victim’s knife (the length: 20cm, the knife length: 10cm) with a deadly weapon (the knife, the knife length: 10cm) prepared in advance without any particular reason in order to knife the blood of the Defendant.
As a result, the Defendant carried a deadly weapon and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as an open wound in the other parts of the other parts that require medical treatment for about four weeks.

The grounds for sentencing under Articles 258-2(1) and 257(1) of the Criminal Act regarding criminal facts are as follows: (a) the defendant was committed for the reason of sentencing under Articles 258-2(1) and 257(1) of the Criminal Act; (b) there is no record of committing a crime exceeding the fine of the defendant; (c) the defendant suffers from mental illness of an infertility mental disease; and (d) there are circumstances that may be somewhat different from the motive and circumstance of committing the instant crime in an unstable psychological state where the victim committed the instant crime; and (d) the defendant committed the instant crime under the conditions for sentencing favorable to the defendant, using a dangerous weapon with a high mental capacity to kill within a hospital; and (e) the defendant committed the instant crime under the method that may cause danger to life. The victim suffered serious physical damage and mental pain due to the instant crime; and (e) the defendant still suffers from mental illness due to the instant crime; and (e) the motive and circumstance of the instant crime, such as the victim’s mistake and the motive and age of the instant crime.
