The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the mother of B Hospital E and C, who was the patient, and the victim D is a major in the outside of hospital B.

At around 13:20 on April 9, 2019, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by the following purport: (a) while the hospitalized room, such as C, around the 15th floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul E and B Hospital’s main hospital, demanded that the hospitalized room, such as C, promptly transfer the hospital as soon as possible, the Defendant refers to the victim at the location of three nurses G, etc.; (b) referring to the victim; (c) he was flick; (d) flick; and (d) flick, flick; and (e) flick, flick; and (e) flick, flick.”

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) An offense subject to prosecution on complaint (Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act);

C. On January 14, 2020, after the indictment of this case, the victim expressed his/her intent to revoke the complaint.
