Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:50 on September 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as assaulting the part of the above C at one time, on the front side of the “Paam reservoir” located in the Seo-gu Paamb, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Police Station B, a police officer affiliated with the Gwangju, Police Station B police box, who was called out after receiving a report of 112 that “I am on the road; (b) requested a police officer, etc., who was called out to move to India for safety reasons; and (c) “Cstrop., the police officer has been dick.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the protection of the life, body, and property of the people.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the foregoing Paragraph 1, publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim by referring the victim D, a police officer, to “D. Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn Hawn?”
