1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the following payment is made to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) A.

(a) 20,926,00 won: 37,777,790 won 17,505,312 won on December 1, 2011; 806,774 won on January 8, 2011; 57,475,97 won on February 667, 2011; 12,927,70 won on March 124, 2011; 16,606,876 won on a total of 180,26,428 won on March 124, 201; 204,350,357,898,095 won;

B. On March 201, 2011, the Plaintiffs agreed to transfer all of the temporary materials owned by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant and patent rights related to the Plaintiff A’s book-keeping system (a well-known book-keeping system) in order to arrange the temporary materials business (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The Defendant’s contract for the sale of the temporary materials and patent transfer with the following content (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

Article 1 of the Agreement on the Sale of Goods and Transfer of Patent Rights: The purpose of the Agreement is to sell the goods indicated in Article 2 to the Defendant and to purchase and acquire the goods in a patent application at the same time, and the Defendant will purchase and acquire them. Article 2: (A) the content of the sale: the bookbook (a) the Plaintiffs have directly produced or purchased as the Plaintiffs’ currently. (b) the intellectual property rights (a) the Plaintiffs have directly produced or purchased under the names of the Plaintiffs: the patent application E (a) (c) the intellectual property rights (patent right) in this Agreement or the contract goods * the intellectual property rights (patent right) filed by the Plaintiff in relation to this case or contract goods are transferred to the Defendant in accordance with the overall terms of this Agreement, and Article 3: The delivery date of the goods shall be from April 1, 2011 to June 30, 2011, the Plaintiffs shall be delivered to the Defendant with the quantity and condition of the goods indicated in Article 2, and the amount of the sale price shall be calculated in accordance with Article 45 billion won (3).
