Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Daejeon District Court, and on September 2, 2017, the judgment was finalized on September 2, 2017.

In case where a transferee of an automobile intends to transfer it to a third party, he shall make a registration of transfer in his name before transferring it.

Nevertheless, on June 15, 2015, the Defendant acquired and used the C-A3 car volume registered in the name of the branch office in the name of the non-person in the name of the Defendant in the name of the non-resident and transferred the said car to D on July 15, 2015, without making the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant.
