Punishment of the crime

However, the facts indicate that the Defendant was hospitalized by being assigned a F Council member hospital for 8 days, and in fact, the Defendant did not receive continuous hospitalized treatment by driving a vehicle after being hospitalized at a hospital at 4 p.m. on the next 4 p.m. on the 8 p.m. on the following day.

Nevertheless, the Defendant calculated the medical expenses as if he/she had been hospitalized in Fwon for eight (8) days, and received a written confirmation of admission and discharge, a written diagnosis, and a receipt of medical expenses, which are the documents of hospitalization, and received 350,000 won from the victim on February 13, 2012. The Defendant claimed the payment of insurance proceeds on February 13, 2012.

The Defendant conspired with D in collusion, by March 21, 2012, received relevant documents, etc. as if he/she were hospitalized as shown in the attached list of crimes, and claimed insurance proceeds to three insurance companies, such as KRB life, and received KRW 2,984,112, respectively, and acquired them by fraud.

[Preliminary Facts] The Defendant was urged to be hospitalized from D with knee’s pain to the “Fent Council member” operated by knee-si, to undergo a medical examination and to be hospitalized from D, and was hospitalized for eight days from February 4, 2012 to February 11, 2012.

However, in fact, the injury of the defendant was not necessary to be hospitalized, and the defendant actually received sufficient treatment while suffering from pain, and it is necessary to continuously take drug medication and treatment, which causes inconvenience to the patient's pain.
