Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a Cbee or a car.

On June 26, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:20, and turned down the two-lanes of the two-lanes in front of Seocheon-si along the 3-lane boundary between the offside and the offside boundary.
