Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2015, the National Democratic Union Federation of Workers' Unions (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Labor Union Federation") reported to the Seoul Southern Police Station on the assembly to hold approximately 10 'labor-morial Mortum resolution and national campaign' in front of the tendency newspaper building located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from September 21, 2015 to October 18, 2015.

On September 23, 2015, in the presence of approximately 5,50 members, such as union members, who are more than 100 assembly members reported from around 15:03 to around 19:10, the president of the private labor group took part in approximately 5,50 of the above trend newspaper, and went through the front of the road in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by occupying the intersection, interesting building, and Sejong Culture Center, and by demonstration, the traffic of the vehicle was obstructed.

The Defendant participated in the above assembly from 15:19 to 16:31 of the same day, and participated in the assembly, and participated in the assembly with 5,500 other participants in other assemblies from 15:19 to 16:31 of the same day, and participated in the demonstration and interfere with the traffic of vehicles.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

However, the actual assembly participated in more than 5,500 persons reported, and all of the roads, not India, are occupied.
