Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,00.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2012, the Defendant driven a mixed car B around 02:00, and proceeded one lane between the seven lanes in front of 1760 and the seven lanes in Seoul, as Seoul, with the bankruptcy of Gangnam-gu.

At the time, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing the speed between the vehicle that proceeds in the front door and the safety distance while keeping the front door well for those engaged in driving duty.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went into operation as it is, and found D private taxi which the victim C (the 60-year-old) who was in the atmosphere of the Defendant’s moving ahead of the Defendant’s moving direction, and delayed thereafter, and the vehicle was towed by the vehicle, and the latter part of the said taxi conflict with the lower part of the Defendant’s driving car.

Accordingly, the defendant, even though he damages the 456,760 won of the cost of repairing the cab, did not immediately stop the cab and take necessary measures.
