A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person of 2918 of the 2017 upper group shall transfer or acquire any access medium in using and managing a physical check card or password necessary for the use of the physical check card or physical check card, which is an access medium of electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, around September 2014, the Defendant offered a proposal that “on the street of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant would lend the e-mail card from the person who was in non-name,” and without any specific measure to receive the return of the e-mail card after being aware of the identity of the above loaner, the Defendant transferred a copy of the Defendant’s identification card with the e-mail card No. 1 related to the e-mail account in the name of the Defendant and the e-mail card No. 1 and the above e-mail card No. 1 through Kwikset Service Articles.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the electronic financial transaction access media.
